"A special feature of the Erste Bank Open is the great atmosphere created by the visitors in Vienna year after year. This special atmosphere goes down extremely well with the players. Last year, we brought the pre-sale forward to December 1, and since this measure has proven to be very successful, we are sticking to it this year with a few adaptations such as 'Early Access'," explains Tournament Director Herwig Straka.
