TICKET INFORMATION REGARDING THE ERSTE BANK OPEN

Due to the rules currently in place there had to be some changes. For this’s years edition of the Erste Bank Open new tickets have to be purchased, because the maximum capacity had to be radically reduced and a new seating plan, according to COVID-19 rules, had to be devised. The new tickets can be purchased from Monday, 5th October, 4 pm exclusively at the Erste Bank Open website’s ticketshop or at the Wiener Stadthalle.

Already purchased tickets for this year’s edition of the tournament will be reversed with the customer having the option to change the tickets to 2021. This has the advantage the you will be offered a right of preemption for this year’s edition as well as for next year’s edition of the Erste Bank Open. If you should not be able to visit the Erste Bank Open next year you can have your tickets refunded. You will receive detailed information from your ticket shop in the next days.

Owners of “Same Time Same Station” tickets can have their tickets transferred to 2021. We will post a form for these owners on the website in the next days.

Thank you for your understanding and your loyalty,
Your Erste Bank Open team
