By entering the event site, the customer agrees that he/she may be photographed, filmed, or recorded on and around the event site. The customer hereby grants the organizer, its licensees, business and media partners irrevocable permission, unlimited in terms of content, time, and location, to use this film and photo material free of charge for the marketing of the organizer's events and for reporting on such events (including the ticket holder's voice and image). This applies to all purposes related to broadcasting and commercial purposes. The customer does not need to be notified of this and will not receive any compensation.
No ticket holder or spectator may : (a) continually collect, disseminate, transmit, publish or release from the grounds of the Tournament any match scores or related statistical data during match play (from the commencement of a match through its conclusion for any commercial, betting or gambling purpose); and (b) film, photograph, broadcast, stream, publish, transmit and/or otherwise offer to the public (or assist any third party in offering to the public), on a live or on a delayed basis, in whole or in part, and whether on a free basis or subject to payment, any sound recording, photograph, video footage, motion picture, film and/or other audio-visual content captured by any means whatsoever inside the Tournament site (except as is allowed in the Tournament Accreditation Policy). The continual use of laptop computers or other handheld electronic devices within the confines (spectator area) of the tournament match courts is prohibited. The exception to this provision is properly credentialed media, tournament vendors and tournament staff when used in the performance of their duties.

A ticket for the Erste Bank Open at the Wiener Stadthalle is valid for the entire day. This means you can watch all matches on Centre Court that are played on that day.

Yes, official and secure resale is possible for all customers who have purchased their tickets in the e|motion online store (https://emotiongroup.wien-ticket.at/de/shop). You can log into your account in the online store under “Ticket Management Portal” and release your tickets for resale. As soon as a new buyer has been found, the money will be refunded to you.

Lap seat tickets for children up to the age of 5 can be purchased directly on site at the Stadthalle box office for 6 Euro. If you want a separate seat for your children under the age of 5, you must purchase a separate ticket with a child discount. Children aged 6 and over require their own ticket.
After you purchased your ticket through the online retailer of your choice, you will receive your ticket by e-mail. You can either print this ticket out or save it on your smartphone. On the e-ticket you will find a QR code, which will be scanned when you visit the event. You can show the code either on your ticket or the printed form. Please note that we kindly ask you to turn up the contrast of your mobile phone’s screen to prevent any problems for the scan.

No, after tickets have been paid for they can neither be returned nor exchanged.
Due to the use of scanners you can come and go as often as you like (as long as your ticket is valid). However, it is absolutely necessary to also scan your ticket when you leave the arena.

You can find the Lost & Found desk at the front desk. According to the house rules, items, without exception, can only be turned in there.
There is a legally mandated checkroom obligation according to the rules of the Viennese Event Location Law (paragraph 12). The authorities mandate that coats, jackets, and various other outer wear has to be deposited at the checkroom. Checkrooms can be found at the first and second gallery.
There will be a depot in the forecourt of the Wiener Stadthalle where you can store your items for free.
Owners of a VIP parking voucher can enter from 2 hours before beginning. You have to leave the garage at 2 am at the latest. Please find further information on https://www.stadthalle.com/en/kommen/parken.
All self-payers can enter at any time of day and pay €21 for a 24-hour ticket. During the event, the event rate of €10 applies.
