At the heart of Drei’s Like a Pro initiative is the idea of offering 12- to 18-year-olds a genuine professional tennis experience. From the moderated walk-on to the court, professional umpire, ball kids, live scoreboard, DJ, and stadium announcer – every detail recreates the atmosphere of the big stage. True to the motto: “Like a Pro.”
📅 When: Saturday, October 25, 2025, 5:00 – approx. 10:00 p.m.
📍 Where: Marx Halle, 1030 Vienna
Eligible participants are all children and teens aged 12 to 18. Registration is available online at tennis.wien/turniere or – for non-registered players – via email to [email protected], including first name, last name, date of birth, club, and place of residence.
There are 48 starting places available on a first come, first served basis. An additional eight spots will be raffled between October 18 and 22, 2025, at the Drei booth in Wiener Stadthalle.
🎾 Tournament format:
Players will compete in several preliminary groups to ensure multiple matches for everyone, followed by final rounds. The tournament format is subject to change.
🏆 Prizes:
All participants will receive starter gifts. The main prize is a training session with Jürgen Melzer – former Top 10 player, ÖTV Sports Director, and Davis Cup Captain – at the ÖTV National Training Center in Südstadt.
The runner-up will win two tickets for the Erste Bank Open 2025 finals, while the participant with the largest fan club will receive ten tickets for the Erste Bank Open 2026.
🎟️ Admission:
On this day, entry is free for all registered participants and up to four accompanying persons from 12:00 noon. From 4:00 p.m., admission is open and free for all visitors interested in the Blitz Tournament.
The event is organized by ÖTV, WTV, and NÖTV in cooperation with Drei and the e|motion group.
