Play begins at 12:00 p.m., with Matteo Berrettini opening the day against Britain’s Cameron Norrie. Not before 1:30 p.m., sixth seed Daniil Medvedev faces Corentin Moutet of France. A special twist: the two met just last Sunday in the Almaty final, where Medvedev prevailed in three sets.

Next up, qualifier Matteo Arnaldi takes on the tournament’s No. 2 seed Alexander Zverev, followed by an all-Italian clash between Jannik Sinner and Flavio Cobolli, starting not before 5:30 p.m.

To close out the day, Lorenzo Musetti faces Tomas Martin Etcheverry of Argentina not before 8:15 p.m.

Meanwhile, fans at the Marx Halle can look forward to no fewer than nine matches on the #glaubandich and Fairplay Courts, with play also starting at 12 p.m. The spotlight there will be on doubles action, highlighted by the round-of-16 match between Francisco Cerundolo and eighth seed Alexander Bublik, scheduled not before 4 p.m.

Also on the agenda: the historic premiere of the wheelchair tennis tournament, featuring international top players and Austrian local hero Nico Langmann, who will play the fifth and final match on the Fairplay Court. You can read more about this here.
