Your Erste Bank Open 2025 tickets are reserved for you until October 26, 2025, 11:59 p.m.
Simply follow the step-by-step guide below to secure your favorite seat for 2026.
How it works – Step by step to your regular seat:
- Log in to your Wien Ticket account here:
👉 emotiongroup.wien-ticket.at/de/shop - Sign in at the top right using the email address you used to purchase your previous tickets.
- Select the Ticket Management Portal in the lower left section.
- Under “My Account”, you’ll find your reserved tickets for 2026.
Note: The main draw of the Erste Bank Open 2026 will take place from October 26 – November 1, 2026. - Select all tickets you wish to renew.
- Click on "Bezahlen und Buchen" ("Pay and book")
Tip: If children’s tickets are included, please adjust the price manually.
All other tickets already have the correct price, day, and category pre-set. - Place order and pay and follow the payment process.
- Done! You’ll receive your invoice and tickets directly via email.
