These terms and conditions apply to all giveaways held as part of the Erste Bank Open 2026 (25 October to 1 November 2026, Wiener Stadthalle) via the website erstebank-open.com and the registration forms linked there. By registering, participants accept these terms and conditions.

1. Organiser

The giveaways are organised by e|motion management gmbh, Karlsplatz 1, 1010 Vienna, Austria (the "Organiser").

The giveaways are not associated with Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and are not sponsored or endorsed by Meta.

2. Eligibility

• Eligible to participate are individuals resident in Austria who are at least 14 years old at the time of registration. Minors require the consent of their legal guardians.
• Employees of e|motion management gmbh and its affiliated companies, and their family members, are excluded from participating.
• Participation is free of charge and does not depend on the purchase of a ticket.

3. Giveaways and closing dates

From Sunday, 25 October 2026, to Sunday, 1 November 2026, one giveaway takes place each day, with two giveaways on Saturday, 31 October 2026. From Monday, 26 October 2026, there is also a daily Uber giveaway. The closing time is 11:59 pm (23:59) on the day stated in each case.

4. Participation

• Participation is only possible via the relevant online registration form. All mandatory fields must be completed in full and correctly.
• Each person may enter each giveaway only once. If someone registers more than once for the same giveaway, only the first valid registration counts.
• Participation in several giveaways is possible. However, a person can win each giveaway only once.
• Registrations received after the closing time of a giveaway will not be considered for that giveaway.
• Participation through giveaway services, automated processes or with false information is not permitted.

5. Selection of winners

After the closing time of each giveaway, the winners are drawn at random from all valid registrations. One winner is drawn per giveaway (and, for the daily UBER giveaway, per day). There is no entitlement to a particular selection.

6. Notification and acceptance of the prize

• Winners are notified by email or phone using the contact details provided at registration, usually on the following day. Please also check your spam folder.
• The prize must be confirmed within 7 days of receiving the notification. For the RADO Trophy (Thursday), a deadline of 24 hours applies, as attendance at the award ceremony on 1 November 2026 is required. The same 24-hour deadline applies to the signed Zverev package (Saturday).
• If the prize is not confirmed in time or the winner cannot be reached, the prize is forfeited. In this case, the Organiser draws a replacement winner at random.

7. Prizes and handover

• UBER vouchers (EUR 350 and EUR 150): The vouchers are redeemed according to Uber's terms. Details are provided with the notification.
• HEAD Extreme racket and bag package, KTM Macina Gravelator HX e-gravel bike with Bosch Hub Line, Babolat racket package: Handover or shipping is arranged with the winner.
• RADO Trophy and VIP tickets: The winner carries the RADO Trophy at the award ceremony of the Erste Bank Open 2026 on 1 November 2026 at the Wiener Stadthalle. Attendance at the ceremony is required. The winner also receives 2 VIP tickets for the final matches on the same day.
• Signed Zverev package: The prize consists of 1 x tennis racket and 1 x tennis ball, both signed by Alexander Zverev. Handover or shipping is arranged with the winner.
• Xiaomi entertainment package: The package consists of 1 x Xiaomi 17T Pro (12+512 GB, Black), 1 x Xiaomi Pad 8 Pro (12+512 GB, Gray), 1 x Redmi Note 17 Pro Max 5G (8+256 GB, Cloud Blush), 1 x Xiaomi Buds 6 (Graphite Black), 1 x Xiaomi Smart Band 10 Pro (Glacier Silver), 1 x Xiaomi Metal Carry-on Luggage 20" (Silver) and 2 x Xiaomi Tag (1 Pack, White). The manufacturer's warranty and guarantee terms apply.
• Short ski holiday in Saalbach-Hinterglemm: For 2 people, the prize includes 1 overnight stay with half board, two day ski passes and a mountain hut reservation including EUR 150 consumption credit. Travel to and from the destination is not included. The travel date is agreed with the winner subject to availability.
• Weekly pass Erste Bank Open 2027: The weekly pass is valid for the winner and one companion for the Erste Bank Open 2027 at the Wiener Stadthalle. It is delivered in good time before the start of the tournament.
• Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. The winner is responsible for any companions. For prizes with a companion, the companion must also be available at the time of redemption.
• If a prize is unavailable, the Organiser reserves the right to award a prize of equal value instead.

8. Early termination and exclusion

The Organiser may change, suspend or end the giveaways without prior notice if proper execution cannot be ensured for technical or legal reasons, or in case of manipulation, misuse or breaches of these terms. Persons who breach these terms or provide false information may be excluded from participating. Prizes already awarded may be revoked in this case.

9. Liability

The Organiser is not liable for malfunctions or failures of the technical systems that lead to the loss of registrations, nor for delays or damage in the shipping of prizes. Liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

10. Data protection

• The controller within the meaning of the GDPR is e|motion management gmbh, Karlsplatz 1, 1010 Vienna, Austria.
• The data provided at registration is processed solely to run the giveaways (handling participation, drawing and notifying winners, handing over prizes). The legal basis is the performance of the participation (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, where applicable, your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), for example for the newsletter.
• The data is deleted no later than 3 months after the end of the giveaways, unless further consent has been given.
• To hand over prizes, winners' data may be passed on to the relevant partners where necessary for the handover.
• You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and the right to withdraw any consent given with effect for the future. You can withdraw at any time by email to [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority.

11. Miscellaneous

• Recourse to the courts is excluded.
• Austrian law applies, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protection provisions remain unaffected for consumers.
• Typographical and printing errors and changes to the content are reserved.
• If individual provisions of these terms are invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
